NTG ICT Services are provided for the conduct of government business. When you use NTG ICT Services, you are bound by legislation and policies including, End User ICT Services Policy, Public Sector Employment and Management Act, Code of Conduct, Privacy Provision of the Information Act.
Your attention is specifically drawn to the inappropriate use of ICT Services listed in the End User ICT Services Policy.
Inappropriate use or any other breach of policy, the code of conduct or legislation may result in withdrawing the use of ICT Services, disciplinary action including dismissal, and/or prosecution. Your use of ICT Services will be monitored, recorded and reported in accordance with the End User ICT Services Policy. This includes internet and email use.
